At T-BIRDS, the “T” stands for Turkey and Thunderbird—honoring both our singular menu item—smoked turkey wings, and founder Ollie Banks’ late grandfather’s iconic 1956 Thunderbird. What started as a backyard passion project chasing the perfect bite has now grown into a Milwaukee must-find mobile food trailer.
